1. All items will be shipped out within 20-30 days of receipt of order
2. The Product will be shipped by 3rd Party Shipping company by road transport (as couriers do not accept furntiure)
3. Please mention the apartment or Villa no for delivery for the item to be delivered to your door step
4. In the absence of a service lift or if the parcel is not able to come in the lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges will be applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases
5. We will deliver your order within the estimated time frame, but certain delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistical challenges, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed in case of such delays.

Replacements or refund is not accepted once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
